Everyone has unique gifts, and the Home Team offers many ways for you to use yours whether through hospitality, worship, tech, or other areas. You are helping to create a welcoming environment where lives are transformed. Together, we make a difference for God’s kingdom.

Connect Team serves to welcome all of our new guests, create a warm atmosphere, and remove any obstacle on a Sunday that keeps someone from enjoying our service or experiencing Jesus. Their motto, “Every Sunday is someone’s first Sunday.”

Hospitality works behind the scenes to setup and maintain our space and Sunday experience. 

THE KIDS TEAM

serves to engage kids with God’s word, partner with parents, create a fun and safe place to learn, and develop relationships with children and families.

Creative Team serves to produce content and continuously evolve the LUX Church brand. This team includes everything from video productions, photography, web development, and social media management. All creative and technical skills are welcome.

Celebrations crew works to plan our events, decorate our spaces and experiences, and establish a

fun environment.

Security serves to make our space a secure place where people can feel safe to worship freely.

LUX Group leaders serve to lead these small groups, which are a great way to grow with others in our faith.

Outreach team serves to identify the pertinent needs of RVA to partner with local organizations, Agencies, churches, and charitable groups to provide goods and services to those in need. In this we shine light!
